PSX188Y was new to Fife Scottish in November 1982, receiving fleet number FPE188. It was acquired by preservationist Ross Aitken, Edinburgh on the 8th May 2004 from dealer Tiger, Salsburgh. Ross purchased the bus to provide spares for his other Leopard PSX 189Y and for use as a store. The bus was last operated by Henderson Travel of Hamilton in who's livery it remains.
