Further Information:

New to London Transport in August 1976 she received fleet number LS30 and was painted in LT red livery. She was built as a standard LS with 36 bus seats and dual doors. In 1986 she was one of six London Buses LSs converted to dual purpose specification for the X99 service. This work involved removing her centre doors and fitting her with high backed seats to DP42F layout. She was repainted into a special red, white and green livery for use on London Buses 'The Forester' X99 service to Basildon.

She subsequently passed to Westlink (Stanwell Buses) in January 1994 as part of the privatisation of London Buses, retaining her fleet number of LS30. She was sold by Westlink to dealer Mike Nash of Weybridge in February 1998 and later the same month she was acquired by Metro Travel of Heston, Middlesex who traded as City Metro. Metro Travel sold her to Thames Valley Training, Hammersmith in August 1998, where she was used as a driver training vehicle. She was purchased from Thames Valley Training for preservation by Steve Turner of Reading.
